Welcome to Hunter Street Silver
Jennifer Hunter, artisan and musician, is a native of Antigonish, N.S., now residing in the old south end of Halifax.
Her line of jewellery and home décor items is handcrafted from old silverplate silverware. Old silverplate doesn't have the collector value that sterling does and, in many cases, has been replaced by stainless steel cutlery. Most of the cutlery she uses comes from local auctions and estate sales.
